THE DETAIL
The Shaped and Toned look is accomlipshed by building muscles and reducing body fat, however you can not build a house on an unstable foundation and expect it to last.
Depending on your current condition, the initial program focus will be on your general conditioning and more specifically the strength of your core as well and getting you accostummed to exercising on a regular basis.
As you become accostomed to regular workouts, the intensity can be increased, thus accelerating you towards your new Shaped & Toned physique.
We will ask you to complete a nutritional diary, so that we can analyse your calory intake. You can exercise until to cows come home, but if you consume toooo many calories, you will not accomplish your goals.
